Adriana Premeru after graduating in Architecture at the "La Sapienza University" of Rome she starts collaborating with architectural bureaus and public institutions for competitions and projects among which "Wine cellar of Lazio" in the Margutta street, Rome (ARSIAL- Regione Lazio), General Variant of the Urban master plan for the Common of Arcinazzo Romano, new municipality headquarters of the Fiumicino Common.

Her professional activity is dedicated mostly to the food&beverage and entertainment spaces among which restaurants Ketumbar, Hostaria da Benito&Gilberto, Crudo, Fontanella al 30, Contrasto al Pigneto, Wine bar and Mediterranean sushi room at the Fortunato al Pantheon, clubs Goa and La Saponeria.

Alongside turnkey projects she carries out Feasibility studies for newly opening activities. Her work extends  to residential and accommodation design, among which holiday flat Côté Rome, holiday houses in Salento (Puglia).

Her works are published in various local editions (architecture magazine “Progetti Roma”, book “Guida design Roma” edit. “designCity”) and foreign ones (book “Cool restaurants Rome” ed. TeNeues; review H.O.M.E. – ed. Germania; review “Frau: Italia -10th anniversary issue” – ed. Giappone).
